Data handling, visibility controls, and record retention

This Privacy Policy explains how Finding Findom collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with the platform.

Because the service includes ratings, reviews, proof submissions, moderation, and disputes, some data processing is necessary to operate the platform, preserve integrity, reduce abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the platform, Finding Findom may collect and process account and authentication data, profile and platform data, reviews, ratings, proof or supporting evidence, moderation and dispute data, and technical or usage data reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and service operation.

This may include account identifiers, username, display name, profile image from authentication providers, provider user IDs, sign-in metadata, role and profile fields submitted through the app, written review content, rating values, uploaded evidence, dispute submissions, moderation decisions, internal review records, device and browser metadata, logs, and session-related security data.

2. How We Use Information

Finding Findom may use information to authenticate users, operate accounts, provide platform features, display profiles, ratings, and reviews, evaluate and manage proof-backed reputation signals, moderate content, enforce platform rules, investigate disputes or abuse, protect users and the integrity of the network, comply with legal obligations, and improve platform reliability, performance, and security.

3. Why Processing Is Necessary

Finding Findom processes information because doing so is necessary to operate the service, enforce platform rules, preserve reputation integrity, investigate abuse, and maintain trust in the network.

Where applicable, processing may also be based on performance of a service relationship, legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform, compliance with legal obligations, and user actions that request platform functionality, such as submitting reviews, disputes, or proof.

4. Public vs. Restricted Information

Some information on Finding Findom is intended for platform visibility, such as profile identity elements, ratings, and public review content. Other information may be restricted, including proof or supporting evidence, moderation records, dispute materials, internal review metadata, and security and anti-abuse records.

Finding Findom may control the visibility, access path, or availability of any category of information in order to protect users, reduce abuse, preserve evidence integrity, or comply with legal obligations.

5. Proof, Moderation, and Dispute Records

Because Finding Findom is a reputation and moderation platform, some information may be retained even where public visibility changes. This may include reviews under dispute, evidence submitted to support or challenge reviews, moderation history, enforcement records, and fraud and abuse-prevention records.

Retention of these materials may be necessary to preserve system integrity, investigate recurring abuse, prevent evasion, handle disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

6. Sharing of Information

Finding Findom may share information only as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, protect users, and comply with law. This may include sharing with service providers or infrastructure providers used to host, store, secure, or deliver the platform, authentication providers involved in sign-in flows, professional advisers where necessary, and legal authorities or regulators where required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or the platform.

Finding Findom does not treat proof submissions or moderation materials as ordinary public social content.

7. Data Retention

Finding Findom may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, preserve reviews and related trust signals, handle disputes and moderation, investigate abuse or fraud, comply with legal obligations, and enforce platform rules.

Deletion of a public-facing profile or change in content visibility does not necessarily require immediate or complete deletion of underlying records.

8. Security

Finding Findom takes reasonable steps to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure. However, no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Users should use the platform with appropriate caution and avoid submitting material that is unnecessary, unlawful, or prohibited by platform rules.

9. User Rights and Requests

Depending on the laws that apply to a user or to Finding Findom’s operations, users may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, or complaint.

Privacy, records, or account-related requests should be directed to the official contact or support channel published by Finding Findom.

10. International Processing

If Finding Findom uses service providers or infrastructure located in more than one jurisdiction, information may be processed or stored across different countries.

11. Children

Finding Findom is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. The platform does not knowingly permit minors to use the service.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Finding Findom may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect may constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
