Rules for trust, proof, moderation, and platform integrity

Finding Findom is a trust and reputation platform for the findom community. It is designed to help users make better decisions by surfacing proof-backed reputation signals, written reviews, and moderation-supported accountability.

The platform is not intended for explicit-content sharing, illegal activity, or abuse. Access to and use of Finding Findom is conditioned on compliance with the rules below.

1. Platform Purpose

Finding Findom exists to provide a structured trust layer for Doms, Dommes, and subs through authenticated access, public-facing ratings and reviews, supporting proof submissions, moderation and dispute workflows, and visibility controls intended to protect integrity and reduce abuse.

Finding Findom does not guarantee any user’s identity, honesty, intentions, or safety. Ratings, reviews, and proof-backed signals are informational tools only.

2. Eligibility

To use Finding Findom, you must be at least 18 years old, use the platform only for lawful purposes, provide accurate information where requested, and maintain control of your own account credentials.

You may not use Finding Findom if doing so would violate applicable law or if you have previously been suspended or removed from the platform without express permission to return.

3. Account Integrity

You may not impersonate another person or entity, misrepresent your identity or connection to another user, create fake or coordinated accounts to manipulate reputation, attempt to evade moderation, suspension, or visibility controls, or otherwise use the platform in a way that undermines trust, safety, or network integrity.

Finding Findom reserves the right to limit, suspend, hide, or terminate accounts that appear deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful to the platform.

4. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews and ratings are intended to reflect genuine user experiences. If you submit a review or rating, you are responsible for the content you submit. Your submission should be honest, based on a real interaction or experience, specific enough to be meaningful, focused on conduct, reliability, authenticity, and overall experience, and free from fabrication, exaggeration, retaliation, or manipulation.

Finding Findom may, at its sole discretion, refuse to publish a review, limit the visibility of a review, place a review under review, remove a review, or request and consider supporting proof. Moderation or publication of a review does not mean Finding Findom endorses, verifies, or guarantees the truth of any user-submitted statement.

5. Prohibited Review Content

You may not submit reviews, ratings, or related content that include or promote knowingly false or misleading allegations, harassment, abusive targeting, intimidation, hate speech, slurs, blackmail, extortion, coercion, threats of harm, doxxing, disclosure of private personal information, explicit sexual imagery, graphic sexual content, illegal content, content involving minors, non-consensual material, or fabricated or misleading evidence.

Finding Findom may remove prohibited content without notice.

6. Proof and Supporting Evidence

Finding Findom may allow or require supporting proof in connection with reviews, moderation, or disputes. Any proof or supporting evidence submitted to the platform must relate to a genuine interaction or relevant dispute, must not be fabricated or misleading in a material way, must not be submitted for harassment or coercive pressure, and must comply with applicable law and platform restrictions.

Proof is submitted to support credibility and moderation review. It is not a free-form media sharing channel. Finding Findom may limit access to proof, decline to publish proof, remove proof, or retain proof for internal moderation, dispute handling, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or legal compliance purposes.

7. Proof Visibility and Access Controls

Proof may be subject to stricter access rules than general review content. Finding Findom may use private, restricted, moderated, or time-limited access controls for proof and related materials.

The platform may decide, in its sole discretion, whether proof is visible publicly, visible only through restricted pathways, visible to moderators, or withheld from broader display entirely.

8. Disputes

Users may dispute reviews or related content they believe to be false, abusive, misleading, retaliatory, non-compliant, or otherwise inappropriate. Submitting a dispute does not guarantee removal of the disputed content.

A dispute may trigger internal review, additional moderation checks, evidence review, temporary visibility changes, or a final moderation decision. Finding Findom may consider the review text, account behavior, supporting proof, prior moderation history, and indicators of fraud, retaliation, coordination, or abuse. Abusive or knowingly false disputes may themselves be treated as policy violations.

9. Moderation and Enforcement

Finding Findom may review accounts, reviews, proof, disputes, and platform behavior to protect users, preserve trust signals, reduce abuse, and maintain platform integrity.

Finding Findom reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject or remove content, restrict visibility of reviews, proof, or accounts, place content under review, request additional information, suspend or terminate access, and retain records relevant to moderation, disputes, abuse prevention, fraud detection, or legal compliance. Moderation decisions may be made with or without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform or its users.

10. No Guarantee; User Responsibility

Finding Findom provides reputation signals, not guarantees. Users remain solely responsible for their own decisions, communications, conduct, and interactions on or off the platform.

The existence of a profile, review, rating, or proof-backed signal does not constitute a promise of safety, identity, authenticity, legality, or outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Finding Findom disclaims liability for user-submitted content and user conduct.

11. Platform Discretion

Finding Findom may modify platform features, content visibility rules, moderation systems, review processes, and enforcement practices as the platform evolves.

The platform may refuse access, limit functionality, or restrict visibility where it believes doing so is necessary to protect users, comply with legal obligations, address abuse, or preserve system integrity.

12. Changes to This Policy

Finding Findom may update this Platform Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect may constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
